How do I make a return?Updated 3 months ago
Our return policy allows returns for spare parts and accessories purchased within the last 7 days. Once we receive the items, your total payment will be refunded.
We accept returns on bikes and e-bikes in 3 days only if:
- It's in the original box and unused.
- The bike should be delivered to us at the customer's expense.
- If the customer drops off the bike at one of our locations, there will be no shipping cost for the return.
- If we find any damage to the bike when returned, the repair/replacement cost will be deducted.
- There would be a 3% credit card fee deduction on the total amount.
Once your request is approved, you will receive a prepaid return label via email. All returns must be approved and processed with our company-issued return shipping label to ensure proper tracking and processing.
Please note that discounted / limited edition items are not eligible for return.
You can expect your refund to be processed within 10 business days or fewer after our returns department receives the return.
